To ensure the fastest delivery of your items, it is important that all packages arriving at our US warehouse are clearly labeled with your unique StarLife account number and full name. Packages that arrive without a recognizable owner are classified as "Unknown." A processing fee of $10 USD will be applied to all unknown packages.
