After installing, open Wanhub. You will see the Courier Portal screen asking for your courier alias. That is the correct starting point for StarLife customers.

Where does StarLife operate?
We ship from the USA and China to Jamaica, with island-wide delivery. Our warehouses are in the US and our pickup locations are Mandeville Town, Santa Cruz, and Braes River.
What types of shipments can I send with StarLife?
We handle personal shopping, household goods, barrels, electronics, commercial inventory, and bulk cargo. If it’s legal to ship, we can move it.
How do I track my package?
Every shipment gets a unique tracking ID. Log in to your dashboard or use our app for real-time milestone updates from warehouse to doorstep.
What are your shipping rates?
Rates are based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight. Use our rate calculator for transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes. Our licensed customs brokers handle all documentation, duty calculations, and compliance with the Jamaica Customs Agency on your behalf.
How long does shipping take?
US Air Freight: 2–3 business days. US Sea Freight: 2–4 weeks. China Air: 10–15 business days. China Sea: 6–8 weeks.
What is the Unknown Package fee?
Packages arriving without a valid Mailbox ID or account name incur a $10.00 USD processing fee. Always label orders with your StarLife account number.
What happens if I don’t pick up my package on time?
Customers must collect packages within 5 business days of receiving the “Ready for Pickup” notification. After that, a storage fee of $100.00 JMD per day applies. Packages not collected within 28 days are considered abandoned and may be sold to recover storage costs.
How does the Refer & Earn program work?
Share your unique referral code. When a friend signs up and completes their first shipment, you both earn shipping credits. No limit on referrals.
What are your opening hours?
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Reserved for Deliveries) | Sunday: Closed.
What are your pickup locations?
Pick up is available in Mandeville Town, Santa Cruz, and Braes River. We also deliver directly to your workplace or to the closest convenient point.
Is there a sign-up fee?
No. Creating a StarLife account is completely free. The only fees you pay are when you are picking up your package.
When is customs duty applied?
Customs duty is applied when the declared value of your item is $100.00 USD or more. Duties and taxes are set by the Jamaica Customs Agency and are the responsibility of the customer.
What if I don’t have a card to shop online?
No problem. Our Personal Shopper Service lets you send us product links from any online retailer and we handle the purchase on your behalf. We provide a clear cost breakdown upfront so there are no surprises.
What items are prohibited from shipping?
Strictly prohibited items include illegal drugs and substances, firearms and ammunition (unless properly licensed), counterfeit or pirated goods, perishable items without adequate packaging, explosives, hazardous materials, flammable substances, and undisclosed currency, securities, or precious metals. Non-compliance may result in confiscation, penalties, or legal action.
What if my package arrives at the warehouse on a weekend?
Once your package is delivered to our US warehouse, regardless of the day, it is processed and uploaded to your portal. You’ll be able to see it on your dashboard and will receive an email notification with the details.
